The Space
We have a panoramic North-facing view in a 4th floor office and are located inside the Manhattan Beach Studios lot. The exact address is 1600 Rosecrans Avenue Manhattan Beach, CA though there is no entrance at that address..
To find the office inside the lot, you will drive up to the guard house at the corner of 33rd and Redondo Avenue. The guard should find your name on the guest list. When you make an appointment, your name is placed on a guest list for your appointment time. Follow the guard's directions to reserved parking spot CBRADEN 430 and proceed to the Media Center 4th Floor. |
